How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

Shipping Terms and Agreements

Many of the products available on this website are delivered via a freight carrier (swing sets, playhouses, some playset add-ons). Playsets and other large items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. Delivery will be done by a tractor/trailer. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. These types of deliveries require a delivery appointment to assist with the unloading of goods, along with inspecting and signing for the delivery. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set.

When the shipment arrives near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment.  While the carrier may allow some flexibility in appointment times, lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees.  Neither SwingWorks, nor its suppliers, are responsible for such fees.

The carrier will deliver as close to your property line (curbside) as is accessible to the vehicle.  Most swing set deliveries will include liftgate services to assist with offloading the pallet from the truck.  However, playhouses do not automatically include this service.  The driver is under no obligation to assist with the unloading of the shipment; therefore, it is recommended that your have one or more assistants to help unload the delivery.  While the total weight of such products may be very heavy, the product is divided into boxes that are more manageable by 1-2 people.  In the case of deliveries without the liftgate service, you will be given a reasonable amount of time to complete the offloading of the shipment, typically 15-30 minutes.

It is very import that you thoroughly inspect the delivery and document ANY damage that you see on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign.  Failure to document such findings may result in delays or even the inability to resolve such claims.

Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery.  However, you may request additional services of the carrier (two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change) once they contact you.  These services may involve additional charges, and are not the responsibility of SwingWorks or its suppliers.

SwingWorks is not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an invalid shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries.  If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our vendor.  If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus shipping fees.
